asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry when terms were agreed for the purchase of land at Coumbrack, Killaloe, County Clare, from a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

While agreement in this transaction was reached in 1973 deficiencies in title and problems relating to boundaries, access and rights of turbary delayed completion. However, these difficulties have now been resolved and the purchase money will be paid shortly.
