: My Department currently operate a national programme for the provision of recreational facilities, which includes the provision of financial assistance towards two projects in County Westmeath, located at Multyfarnham and Moate. The funds made available to my Department are fully committed to the projects in the national programme and there are no additional funds at their disposal from which assistance could be made available in respect of the scheme submitted by Westmeath County Council.
