Vol. 324 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Westmeath Nursing Home.

2.

asked the Minister for Health if the Midland Health Board will give recognition to the newly established nursing home at Killucan, County Westmeath.

I presume that the Deputy's question relates to St. Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan. This home was approved under section 54 of the Health Act, 1970, on 2 June 1978 and health boards pay a subvention of £3.52 per day for persons maintained there who are in need of residential nursing care.
