asked the Minister for the Environment when housing reconstruction and sewerage grants will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
A reconstruction grant and sewerage grant cannot be paid in this case until problems regarding the location of the applicant's septic tank have been satisfactorily resolved. The observations of the local chief medical officer on this matter have been requested and are awaited by my Department.
