asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware that the draft electoral register for County Galway will not be published until the end of December 1980; and if, in view of the fact that 1 December is the publication date each year, he will make a statement on the matter.

I understand from the county council that there has been some delay in the publication of the new draft register but that they expect to publish it within the next day or two.
