Agreement has been reached for the purchase of the majority shareholding interest in this 416 acre commonage but, unfortunately, negotiations with the remaining shareholders, whereby they would retain an area at least equivalent to their existing interest, have to date proved unsuccessful. However, these negotiations, aimed at securing their co-operation and agreement are continuing.
