A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been completed and the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

On the basis of the information provided, my Department has been unable to trace an application from the person named. If the Deputy supplies the name of the builder, the location of the new house and the name and address under which the application was made I will arrange to have a further investigation carried out.
