Question:121 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when the remainder of an income tax rebate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.
Written Answers. - Income Tax Rebate
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has received a refund of all tax due to him up to the date of the last claim submitted by him to the inspector of taxes, i.e. 7 January 1991.
If the taxpayer remains unemployed, he may reclaim further tax refunds on a monthly basis up to 5 April 1991.
