As the applicant is a development farmer payment could not be made until the necessary evidence of keeping farm accounts was furnished. This evidence did not come to hand until the end of the year. The grant has now been paid.

The work in this case was only certified recently. The grant will be paid when normal processing procedures have been completed.

The scheme of work in this case was approved in September 1978. Normal inspections were carried out as the work progressed — the last in November 1980. Notification has not yet been received in the local farm development service office that the work has been completed.
