Vol. 326 No. 11

Written Answers. - County Cork Estate Division.

306.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the O'Shea Estate at Ballymacoda, County Cork, which has been in the possession of the Land Commission for many years, will be divided among the smallholders in the area.

The allotment of this property continues to be delayed by the refusal of two persons who were given seasonal lettings for the 1979 season to vacate the lands on the expiration of the lettings. The Land Commission have instituted legal proceedings to regain clear possession.
