There has been no delay in the Department in dealing with this case. In September 1980 the person named was requested to forward evidence of a commitment entered into, or receipts for materials purchased, prior to 21 January 1980. When he does so, the question of his eligibility for a grant will be examined.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a grant from the person named.
