When the applicant notifies my Department that the house has been fully completed and is occupied and that arrangements have been made for an inspector to gain access to the house, as requested by the Department in November 1980, a further inspection will be carried out with a view to payment of the grant, if in order.

When the applicant notifies my made under my Department's previous scheme of grants. In pursuance of section 23 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979, since a formal application for payment of the grant was not made by 30 January 1980, the case cannot now be re-opened.
