A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that work has been satisfactorily completed and is in order for payment. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

A grant will be paid if and when it can be established that, on or before 21 January 1980, the applicant had started work, or had entered into a binding agreement for carrying out the works or had purchased the necessary materials, and that the work has been satisfactorily completed.
An inspection will be arranged when the applicant notifies my Department that work has been completed.
