Vol. 327 No. 7

Written Answers. - Kerry Sheep Subsidy Payment.

367.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in the payment of a sheep subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The delay in dealing with this case arose from a misunderstanding of remarks attributed to the flockowner at one inspection centre to the effect that there was a possibility that he might have a second flock for inspection later at a different centre. This misunderstanding has now been cleared up and payment will be made within the next two weeks.
