The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and is occupied by the applicant. The inspection will be carried out shortly.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application from the person named. The maximum grants allowable for reconstruction work and water facilities have, however, been allocated to a person with a different Christian name of the same address. These grants will be paid when an inspection confirms that the work is satisfactorily completed. The inspection will be carried out shortly.
