Vol. 327 No. 8

Written Answers. - Disabled Persons' Grants and Mortgages.

340.

andMr. J. Leonard asked the Minister for the Environment the amount allocated to each local authority in 1980 for (a) disabled person' house improvement grants and (b) lowrise mortgages.

Separate allocations are not made to provide for disabled persons grants, home improvement grants and low rise mortgages. Instead a combined allocation is made which also caters for expenditure requirements arising in respect of house purchase and home improvement loans. The following schedule gives details of the combined allocations made to authorities for these schemes in 1980.
