Vol. 328 No. 3

Written Answers. - Trade Union Negotiation Licences.

483.

asked the Minister for Labour the number and names of the organisations who applied to him over the past two years for a trade union negotiating licence.

Two organisations have applied for negotiation licences since 1 March 1979: the Irish Veterinary Union and the Ancient Guild of Incorporated Brick and Stonelayers Trade Union. The former union was issued with a licence on 9 June 1980, the latter on 15 September 1980. Both licences were replacement licences.
