Vol. 328 No. 11

Written Answers. - Archbishop McHale Centenary Commemoration.

189.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if the Government will reconsider their decision not to issue a commemorative postage stamp in respect of Archbishop John McHale in his centenary year.

Work on the 1981 programme of special stamps, which is a very full one, is well advanced now, and it would not be practicable to consider the inclusion of a further subject at this stage.
