Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Right Of Way.

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry if he will arrange to have a deed of right-of-way granted to a person (details supplied) in County Cork so that the local authority can proceed with the construction of a house for him.

Cavan-Monaghan): The county council have been advised of my Department's decision to grant it a permanent right-of-way in connection with the erection of a dwellinghouse for the person mentioned. Arrangements are in train for the early issue of the relevant deed.
