Applications by civil servants for transfer to centres outside Dublin are dealt with by their own Departments. The majority of the applicants are in the clerical grades and their requests are processed in accordance with arrangements settled at General Council under the Conciliation and Arbitration Scheme.
In relation to my Department and to the Civil Service Commission a total of 34 transfer applications have been received.
