asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry if he will acquire Inch Lough for the nation in view of its international scientific importance as a wild fowl wetland and so that the flora can be preserved.

, Cavan-Monaghan): I am having inquiries made as to the ownership of Inch Lough with a view to considering the appropriate steps which might be necessary to conserve its wildlife values, especially in relation to wildfowl.
