asked the Minister for Agriculture when a grant under the Farm Modernisation Scheme for farm buildings which is owed for some time will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
The applicant is classified as a development farmer and is therefore required to keep farm accounts for each year of his plan. Payment of the grant cannot be made until the applicant furnishes evidence that he is complying with this requirement.
