asked the Minister for Social Welfare the approximate income to and outgo from the Social Insurance Fund excluding industrial injuries for the year ended 31 December 1981, in actual terms and expressed as a percentage of total outgo as follows: (a) employer contribution, (b) employee contribution, (c) other income, (d) Exchequer contribution, (e) total income and outgo with separate figures for the pay-related element in benefits as distinct from the basic contribution, together with the outgo figures for each of the principal elements of benefit.
