asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that the Paddy and Bertie Greaney Estate of Ballingran, Craughwell, County Galway has been set for the past number of years, and that there are a number of farmers in the area who want the Land Commission to acquire this land and divide it between them; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

414.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the plans the Land Commission have for the Bane Estate, Ballycoghy, near Oranmore, County Galway as it consists of 57 acres.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 411 and 414 together. The Land Commission have no proposals for the acquisition of these properties but are having the matter examined.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when he expects the Land Commission to divide the Joe Flanagan Estate at Hollywood, Lough Cutra, Gort, County Galway.

The Land Commission hope to divide these lands shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Land Commission intend to divide the Duane Estate, Crushoa, Kinvara, County Galway.

Possession of this property has only recently passed to the Land Commission. It is not possible at present to indicate when the lands will be divided.
