The capital assets as presented by Account No XXVII of the 1980 Finance Accounts (page 56) in regard to Údarás na Gaeltachta amount to £52.291 million. This amount is the same as that shown in the annual report and accounts for Údarás na Gaeltachta for 1980. However, the accounts of Údarás na Gaeltachta present the figures to show separately advances made between 1 April 1965 and 31 December 1979 (dissolution date of Gaeltarra Éireann) as having been £41.791 million, and advances to Údarás na Gaeltachta from 1 January 1980 as having been £10.5 million.
