It is a condition of the EEC Suckler Cow Premium Scheme that an applicant must earn at least 50 per cent of his income on-farm and must spend more than 50 per cent of his working time on farming activities. On the basis of information given by the person named, he is disqualified on both grounds (income and time) from participation in the 1981 scheme.
