The claim which is the basis of the present dispute covers questions of upgrading of a large number of staff as well as extra staff and better accommodation facilities for the interviewing of claimants in family law matters. The claim is the subject of continuing negotiations and fresh proposals relating to the upgrading claims which have been put forward by the union involved are being considered.
