The person named will shortly be paid his 1981 cattle headage grant under the Disadvantaged Areas Schemes and his 1981 EEC Suckler Cow Premium.
A 1981 sheep headage grant cannot be paid because he has not furnished a dipping certificate as required under the conditions of the scheme.
