The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with.
The question of payment of the subsidy does not arise until the £1,000 grant has been paid and six months have elapsed from the date of execution of the mortgage deed.
