An application for an allowance under the Army Pensions Act, 1980, has not been received in my Department from the person referred to in the Deputy's question. A form to enable the person to apply for the allowance was issued on 20 January 1982 and a further form was issued on 28 June 1982. When a completed application form is received, the case will be processed without delay.
