The person concerned is presently in receipt of flat rate unemployment benefit at £26.25 weekly and pay-related benefit at £3.00 making a combined weekly payment of £29.25. Her entitlement to pay-related benefit as a suppleefit is subject to an 85 per cent limit of her average net weekly earnings which in her case amounts to £29.25. She is accordingly being paid the maximum combined rate of flat-rate unemployment benefit and pay-related benefit to which she is entitled.
