No applicant may receive in the form of EEC cattle and sheep headage payments combined more than the equivalent of £18.00 per forage acre.
As the person named had only 42 acres and was paid £756.00 (42 acres X £18) under the cattle headage scheme, she cannot be paid any more on foot of her sheep headage application.
