asked the Minister for Education the steps his Department are taking to assist Gael Scoil Inse Chór, Dublin, to acquire a suitable site for this all-Irish school; and if he is satisfied that all necessary assistance is being given to them in view of the fact that they have been in existence since 1977 and still have no permanent school buildings.

asked the Minister for Education when a permanent site and school will be provided for the pupils of Gael Scoil, Inse Chór, Dublin; and the temporary accommodation that he will provide for them after next July when their present accommodation will no longer be available.

asked the Minister for Education the proposals, if any, his Department have to ensure the continuation and development of Gael Scoil, Inse Chór, Dublin, and, in particular, to assist the school management to acquire a site.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 240 to 242, inclusive, together.

A site of approximately three acres at the Phoenix Park Extension, Con Colbert Road, has been made available by the Minister for Finance for the purpose of providing permanent school buildings for Gael-Scoil Inse Chór. My Department are at present assessing the permanent accommodation needs of the school in advance of requesting the Office of Public Works to undertake the necessary physical planning.

With regard to the position of temporary accommodation for this school, it is understood that an offer of alternative accommodation in the present location at Crumlin, has been conveyed to the chairman of the board of management.
