Contract documents for contracts 9, 10 and 11 of the Ballinasloe Sewerage Scheme are under consideration in my Department. I am not at present in a position to say when a decision on the relevant contract documents may be conveyed to Ballinasloe UDC. An essential preliminary to the scheme is the completion of the Ballinasloe Water Supply Augmentation Scheme and in respect of that scheme the acceptance of tenders was approved on 5 July.
