asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the up-to-date position concerning the proposed sub-post office at Kilnamanagh, Tallaght, County Dublin; and if a suitable premises is available in the area.

An appointee as postmaster at Kilnamanagh has been selected and he is currently endeavouring to conclude negotiations for the acquisition of a premises for the post office there; the premises concerned are regarded as suitable.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if his Department have any proposals to provide a sub-post office at Broomfield, Tallaght, County Dublin.

Applications will be invited very shortly for appointment of a postmaster-postmistress for the Springfield and adjoining areas of Tallaght County Dublin. The new sub-post office will cater for the residents of the Broomfield estate.
