I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that on a review of the taxpayer's income tax liabilities an over-payment of £57.96 has arisen and a cheque in settlement for that amount will be issued shortly. The inspector of taxes did not receive, until 10 January 1983, the final information from the taxpayer required to review the liabilities.
