asked the Minister for Justice the steps he is now taking to end the dispute between the court clerks and his Department; if he is in a position to say when the dispute might end; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Limerick East): I propose to take Questions Nos. 462 and 463 together. I would refer the Deputies to my reply to Questions Nos. 16 and 17 of 16 February. The recommendation referred to in that reply has been made by the mediator and is now being considered by both sides.
