: I understand from the ESB that they received an application from the individual concerned in the middle of January last. All of the necessary information was not provided in the application and it had to be returned to the applicant for completion.
The completed application was received back in my Department within the last few days and has since been approved. The ESB will be writing to the applicant in the near future to quote him subsidised terms for supply.
