: It is a condition of the 1982 cattle headage scheme in the disadvantaged areas that the total off-farm income of an applicant and spouse must not exceed £5,415 for the income tax year ended 5 April 1982.
The person named has been requested to forward details of his own and his spouse's off-farm earnings for that period and when he does so his eligibility for payment will be determined.
