: The allocation of the grant to individual colleges is made following consultations with the authorities of the colleges concerned. It would not be in accordance with normal procedure to give information in regard to the amounts payable to each such college.
For the purpose of avoiding any misunderstanding I desire to add that the adjustment to the allocation in subhead A1 of Vote 29 as published in November 1982 will be in the order of £400,000 and not the amount stated in the question from the Deputy.
