asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in registering a title for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

, Limerick East): There has been no undue delay in this case. The application was lodged in the Land Registry on 27 February 1983 and registration will be completed in about two weeks.

I would like to refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question on 15 February 1983—Official Report, Volume 340, No. 1, column 131—in which I pointed out that I intended to ensure that the fact that a parliamentary question is asked about a case does not operate to give the case priority.

I would like to refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question on 15 February 1983—Official Report, Volume 340, No. 1, column 131 — in which I pointed out that I intended to ensure that the fact that a parliamentary question is asked about a case does not operate to give the case priority.
