: An approval for a western drainage scheme grant was issued on 3 September 1980. The local farm development service office has not yet been notified that work has been finalised. When notification is received an inspection will be carried out with a view to certification of the work for payment of the grant.

: The local office of the Department has not yet been notified by the applicant that the work has been completed.
When notification is received a final inspection will be carried out and if the work is satisfactorily completed the grant will be paid without delay.
