In this case an application was made on 29 April 1983 under section 16 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976, for a direction to An Bord Pleanála to hold an oral hearing of the planning appeal. There will be no undue delay in processing this case and the Deputy will be informed of my decision.
