Vol. 342 No. 3

Written Answers. - Dublin Health Centre.

627.

asked the Minister for Health the position regarding the use of the health centre at Malahide Road-Griffith Avenue, Dublin; and if there are plans to develop the facilities at the centre further.

The health centre at Malahide Road-Griffith Avenue (Marino) was recently damaged by fire. Some services continue to be provided from an annex to the health centre; other services are being provided temporarily from the most convenient health centres in the area.

The Eastern Health Board are at present arranging the provision of services from temporary structures in the grounds of Marino health centre. The damaged structure is being examined with a view to renovation, and the provision of improved accommodation for the services in the area.
