I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer's application for a refund of tax suffered under PAYE on the grounds of unemployment has been dealt with by the inspector of taxes. A cheque in settlement will issue at an early date.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for a refund of tax suffered under PAYE on the grounds of unemployment in this case was received by the inspector of taxes on 22 April 1983. The application has been dealt with by the inspector and a cheque in settlement will issue at an early date.
