asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will arrange to have a sum of £200 approximately deducted from the telephone bill of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 because a settlement has been made with his Department; and if a rebate will be arranged in view of the very poor service received.

A rebate in respect of rental amounting to £44.86 will be credited in the subscriber's next telephone account.
