No capital allocation for this scheme has yet been approved. Carrickmacross UDC applied for a capital allocation for this scheme on 26 May 1983. This application is at present being examined in my Department in conjunction with applications received from other housing authorities for new works which they wish to undertake this year. I hope to be in a position shortly to notify individual housing authorities of their capital allocations in 1983 for such works.
