Limerick East): I assume the Deputy's question is intended to ascertain if I think that the law providing for the disciplinary functions of the Incorporated Law Society in relation to solicitors is inappropriate and should be changed. That law was enacted following full deliberation by both Houses of the Oireachtas and I have no proposals for its amendment.
