An incomplete application was received from this applicant in April of this year. He has been asked to submit further documentation and when this is received in my Department his application will be processed as quickly as possible.

The file in this case is with my Department's inspector for a report on the applicant's eligibility for payment of the grant. On receipt of this report the matter will be finalised as quickly as possible.
