I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes is unable to carry out reviews of the taxpayer's income tax liabilities for the years 1977-78 to 1981-82, inclusive, as full details of income and tax deducted in those years are not yet available to him.
The taxpayer is not in a position to supply the necessary particulars and the inspector's endeavours to clarify the matter are continuing.
